Membership & Donations
Memberships in Cats First Advocacy are support-based. Membership does not constitute legal representation, legal advice, or any form of fiduciary relationship.
Donations and membership fees support the operations of Cats First Advocacy, including public education, community building, civic advocacy for cat-friendly infrastructure, shelter capacity expansion, and trap-neuter-return program support.
Refund & Return Policy
Cats First Advocacy maintains a fair and transparent refund policy consistent with the operational standards of a sovereign advocacy organization. The following provisions govern all merchandise purchases, membership subscriptions, and donations processed through this website.
Merchandise
All merchandise offered by Cats First Advocacy — including but not limited to mugs, bandanas, water bottles, and tumblers — is produced on demand through authorized manufacturing partners. Each item is fabricated upon receipt of order and is therefore non-returnable under ordinary circumstances.
Returns and replacements are accepted exclusively in the following cases: the item arrived with a manufacturing defect, the item was damaged during transit, or the item received differs materially from the item ordered. Requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of confirmed delivery to provisions@catsfirst.ca, accompanied by photographic evidence of the defect or discrepancy.
Replacement or refund for qualifying claims is handled by our manufacturing partner in accordance with their quality assurance protocols. Cats First Advocacy does not accept returns based on change of mind, incorrect sizing selections made by the purchaser, or general dissatisfaction with the philosophical implications of feline sovereignty.
Shipping
In the event that a shipment is lost, delayed beyond reasonable expectation, or otherwise fails to arrive at its designated territory, Cats First Advocacy will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and resolve the matter. Purchasers should report shipping concerns to provisions@catsfirst.ca with the relevant order number and tracking information.
Memberships
Membership subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the member's account or by contacting Cats First Advocacy directly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the remaining duration of an active billing cycle. The decision to withdraw support for feline sovereignty is, of course, entirely voluntary — however misguided.
Donations
All donations to Cats First Advocacy are final and non-refundable. Contributions are accepted as voluntary acts of solidarity with the cause of feline territorial recognition and are applied to the organization's operational, educational, and advocacy activities. This is standard practice among legitimate advocacy organizations — a category to which Cats First Advocacy belongs without qualification.

All refund, return, and shipping inquiries should be directed to the Office of Provisions at provisions@catsfirst.ca. Requests are reviewed by the Designated Human Representative and processed in a timely manner befitting an organization of this standing.
Privacy Policy & Data Sovereignty
By using this website, creating an account, purchasing a membership, making a donation, or generating a certificate, you acknowledge that — just as feline sovereignty over the Earth is continuous, unbroken, and predating human civilization by 25 million years — so too is the authority of Cats First Advocacy over any personal data you provide.
All personal information submitted to Cats First Advocacy, including but not limited to names, email addresses, payment details, territorial claims, cat names, breeds, titles, and any other data voluntarily surrendered, becomes the sole property of Cats First Advocacy, to be used, retained, shared, admired, batted off a counter, or otherwise disposed of at the absolute discretion of the Supreme Feline Authority, Cleo Grisholm, and her Designated Human Representative, Sarah Grisholm.
By proceeding, you surrender all claims to your personal data with the same unconditional totality with which humans have occupied feline territory for millennia — that is to say, without formal authorization and subject to revocation at any time, for any reason, or for no reason at all, as is the feline prerogative.
Cats First Advocacy does not currently collect personal information beyond what is necessary to provide its services. When membership, donation, and certificate purchase features are activated, data collection will be limited to what is required for account management, payment processing, certificate generation, and communication with members.
In practice, Cats First Advocacy will not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties except as required to process payments or comply with applicable law. Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting Cats First Advocacy directly. Such requests will be reviewed by the Designated Human Representative and processed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
No Government Affiliation
Cats First Advocacy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or recognized by any government, municipality, regulatory body, or official institution. All references to sovereignty, territorial claims, and governance are made within the satirical and philosophical framework of the organization.
